June's Small Business Highlight | Loving Local 208

At House of Palmer | Idaho Real Estate, we take pride in being connected within our community and love shining a light on the local businesses that make the Treasure Valley so special. Each month, we highlight one of these incredible organizations, and this month we’re excited to feature Loving Local 208—a nonprofit dedicated to supporting foster children and families right here in our valley. Loving Local provides ongoing resources and community through monthly sponsorships—where individuals can sponsor a family for just $20 a month—as well as a teen mentorship program. The organization also leads the Foster Fill Up Project, which partners with businesses, churches, and other groups to distribute tote bags representing foster families and their specific needs. These bags can be filled by community members and returned to Loving Local, offering a meaningful way to contribute without a long-term commitment.

At its core, Loving Local exists to ensure Foster and Kinship families feel seen, supported, and valued.
